We want you to love your hat and feel good wearing it.
Because our hats are hand-pressed in small batches, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition.
Items must be free from wear, makeup, deodorant marks, or any damage.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order hats are final sale.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
